Overview
GEOSites is a division of AgentNet Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how AgentNet Inc., operating through its GEOSites division (“GEOSites,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit geosites.ai (the “Site”), submit a form, or contact us by email.
If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@geosites.ai.
Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to give us. Today, that happens in four ways.
The Get Started form
When you submit the form on our Get Started page, we receive:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Your current website address, if you provide it
- What you're working with (Build, Transform, or Not sure yet)
- Any services you select, such as a new website or structured data
- Anything you write in the message field
As with any request sent over the internet, submitting the form also transmits technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to the service that receives it.
Please don't include sensitive information, such as financial account details, health information, or government identification numbers, in a form submission or email.
The eBook request form
When you request our free eBook, we receive your email address and whether you chose to receive marketing emails from us. See eBook downloads below.
The AI Visibility Review request form
You can ask us for a free AI Visibility Review on our AI Visibility Review page or, after you request the eBook, on the eBook thank-you page. When you submit that form, we receive your email address and the website address you want reviewed. We use this information to review the website and respond to you. Submitting a review request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
To save you retyping it, your browser temporarily keeps the email address from your eBook request in session storage for that browsing session, so it can be filled in on the review request form. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us unless you submit the review request.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Review your inquiry and understand your business and what you need
- Respond to you as a prospective client
- Review a website you've asked us to assess and send you our observations
- Communicate with you about the services you've asked about
- Maintain appropriate records of our correspondence
- Send occasional insights, resources, and updates by email, only if you opted in to receive them
- Protect the Site and our forms from spam and misuse
Submitting an inquiry or an AI Visibility Review request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Form processing (Formcarry)
The Get Started form, the eBook request form, and the AI Visibility Review request form are processed by Formcarry, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your entries, including your marketing email choice on the eBook form, are sent directly from your browser to Formcarry, which receives each submission and delivers it to us by email. Formcarry handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Website hosting (Vercel)
The Site is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, delivering pages to your browser involves processing technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. Vercel processes this information under its own privacy notice.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to improve it. GA4 loads automatically when you visit the Site.
GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:
- Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and interactions such as link clicks or form submissions
- The website or search that referred you
- Browser, device, and operating system type
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address
How GA4 is configured
We have configured GA4 as follows:
- Google Signals turned off
- Advertising personalization turned off
- No connection to Google Ads
- Event data retained for two months
- No names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information sent in analytics events
- Tracking on the live Site only, not on development or preview versions
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics in most browsers by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
eBook downloads
To download our free eBook, you enter your email address in the request form. The form also includes an optional checkbox to receive occasional insights, resources, and updates from GEOSites by email. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and you do not need to check it to get the eBook. Your request is processed by Formcarry and delivered to us by email, and the eBook is then available to download immediately on the Site.
With each request, we record:
- Your email address
- Whether you checked the marketing email box (yes or no)
- The date and time of your request
- The wording and version of the consent statement shown on the form
We use this information to keep a record of your request and your email preference, to protect the form from spam and misuse, and, if you opted in, to send you marketing emails.
Requesting the eBook is not the same as subscribing
Requesting the eBook does not, on its own, subscribe you to marketing emails. We will send marketing emails only to people who checked the marketing email box.
Marketing emails and unsubscribing
We have not yet started sending marketing emails. If you opt in, we may in the future email you occasional insights, resources, and updates from GEOSites. We do not currently add eBook requests or email preferences to an email marketing platform. If we begin using one, we will identify it in this policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, including before we send you anything, by emailing hello@geosites.ai. Any marketing email we send will also explain how to unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent does not affect your access to the eBook. We keep a record of your consent and of any request to unsubscribe, so we can honor your choice.
Service providers and disclosures
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and handle inquiries. Each processes information under its own terms and policies.
- Formcarry: contact, eBook request, and AI Visibility Review request form processing and delivery
- Google Workspace: business email, including inquiries, eBook requests, and review requests delivered by Formcarry, messages sent to hello@geosites.ai, and, if we begin sending them, marketing emails to people who opt in
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery
- Google Analytics 4: website analytics
To our knowledge, GEOSites does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
We may also disclose information if we believe it is required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of GEOSites or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
Data retention and deletion
We may keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or other obligations. We keep records of marketing email consent, and of requests to unsubscribe, for as long as we need them to show and honor your choice. Our service providers may also keep copies according to their own retention practices.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask about the information we have about you, or to request that we delete it, email hello@geosites.ai. We will review your request and respond. In some cases we may need to keep certain information, for example where the law requires it.
Data security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
Links to other websites
The Site contains links to websites we don't control, including client websites featured in our case studies, social media profiles, and sharing links for LinkedIn and X. If you follow one of these links, the other site's own privacy practices apply. We encourage you to review them.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at hello@geosites.ai so we can delete it.
Your privacy rights
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you opted in to marketing emails, you can withdraw that consent at any time, as described in eBook downloads.
Rights under applicable law
Some U.S. states and other countries have privacy laws that give people specific rights over their personal information. Whether a particular law applies depends on where you live and on whether the law applies to a business like ours. Where a law does apply, those rights may include the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used
- Access or obtain a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain kinds of profiling
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a privacy request or ask a question, email hello@geosites.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Where applicable law provides for it, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal if we decline to act on your request.
International visitors
GEOSites primarily serves clients in the United States. If you visit the Site or contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. If we begin serving clients outside the United States, we will review this policy.
Laws in some places, such as the European Union and the United Kingdom, give visitors specific rights regarding cookies and analytics. Wherever you are, you can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above, or contact us at hello@geosites.ai with questions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we change our forms or analytics setup, or add other features. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
